On October 24, 2007, Coalition President Lori Cooney took a call from Governor Bill Ritter's office, informing her that she had been appointed to the Online Advisory Board created by SB215 last year.  Lori is truly excited to represent all coalition parents on this important board, which will advise the Governor and the Colorado Department of Education on the new cyberschool rules which will be written over the next few months.

We will forward on the official Governor's announcement when we receive it.  Stay tuned to the website for updates on the important work this Board will do, and the proposed new rules for cyberschools!
