On February 13th, 2008 at 1:30 pm in the Board Room at the Colorado Department of Education, the Colorado State Board of Education will conduct a hearing on the promulgation of Permanent Rules for Online Learning. There will be an opportunity to provide public comment. A draft of the rules as presented to the State Board is available below.
